Most likely you will have to correct some breaks and quotes.
Go to the other forum, login, check the "my posts" option.
You will see all your posts. Select the one you are too lazy to type again.
Will be blank, but: look at the sourcecode. (Firefox: under "view").
tadaa your post is in here (if too diffult to find, hit strg+f and search for a word/quote/name).
